select all checkbox missing ? #157

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter admin, see change list

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I am missing the change all "checkbox", that is normally in django
admin. I can select all object in change list by hand, but the one
in the left upper corner seems to be missing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Django 1.1.1, grappelli current SVN.

Please provide any additional information below.
