currently, it´s necessary to define custom styles for almost every usecase
of tabular-inlines. that´s because in about 90% of all cases, the width of
the cells are wrong. therefore, I´m labelling this as a "defect".
with "white-space: nowrap;" it´s a bit better. besides, the
display-attribute should make it possible that divs behave like a table.
not sure it works though.
note: this is not about resolving every possible usecase of
tabular-inlines. it´s about having a solid foundation in order to customize
tabular-inlines later.
