proposal: "view on site" link opens in new window #98

I always find it jarring that clicking "view on site" causes the admin to
be replaced in the current window; it makes it harder to use that feature
as a preview, to switch between viewing and editing.  Opening it in a new
window would be preferable in every use case that I am aware of, and it is
just one target attribute away.  What do you think?
