swaps is broken #132

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. start complete_project
2. click on the 'swaps' tab
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

swaps page expected - error page delivered.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am not able to reproduce this problem. Try updating Pinax and see if this has 
since been fixed. Please provide 
more information before this can be reopened.
