Cannot dissasociate your twitter account once added #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. go to "Other services" tab
2. Associate your twitter account

Once your twitter account is associated you should be able to remove the 
account also

Yup added a view to delete an existing twitter account. Modified the urls.py to 
add an url to delete a twitter 
account. Also made sure a 404 is raised when a user without a twitter account 
tries to visit /delete url.
