default/account/email.html template uses javascript-links where form-buttons should be

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to http://localhost:8000/account/email/
2. See some links that only work with javascript

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For ACTIONS ("re-send validation mail", "remove") i want buttons. For
browsing pages I want LINKS.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
