docs/deployment.txt does not address mod_wsgi + virtualenv

The recommended way to install pinax is in a virtualenv, yet
docs/deployment.txt does not address getting mod_wsgi to work through
virtualenv.

The attached patch to docs/deployment.txt is my attempt to remedy that. It
seemed prudent to make the virtualenv activation section optional by
commenting it out; if the recommended way to install pinax is through
virtualenv, perhaps it should not be commented out?

Should there be patches to "*_project/deploy/*_project.wsgi"?

Does this also apply to the fcgi scripts?
