[This is revision 0.2, see issue 32 for revision 0.1]

The hgsvn tool can be used to clone the Subversion repository into a
Mercurial one. Alas, it does not keep track of the external applications.

The attached Python script does that. It includes documentation, command
line options, workarounds for Google Code SVN weirdness, and extensive
error checking.

This issue is not really needed. I also attached the 0.2 version to issue 32.

I did not that before because the ability to attach files to new comments is not
apparent until one clicks inside the bloody box. Where do I open an issue for 
Google
Code Issues implementation? :-P
