PIL is not present in site-packages #40

Just installed pinax on fresh system. Photologue makes uses of PIL so it
would be a good idea to add it to the site-packages dir.

I am against this. PIL is a Django dependancy for any use of an ImageField. PIL 
also is not straight Python and 
requires compilation making it non-trivial to drop in site-packages.

You are right, but still it is a pitty :(
That's the only thing that keeps Pinax from running right off from a checkout 
on a
fresh Ubuntu 8.04 system.
Should the dependence be mentioned elsewhere?
