Account and Profile is misleading #48

Improvement suggestion:

Currently there are two locations where user preferences are stored, on
reachable via Account on the top login menu, one via Profile on the sub
main menu. This is confusing and.

Solution suggestion: Merge mail account management into profiles and
replace the account link with one to profile.

The two serve a very different purpose: the profile is public information show 
to
other users -- account is private configuration information just used by the 
site itself.

Many other sites make this distinction and I think it's a worthwhile one.
