pages_menu links aren't correct for nested pages

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run example app
2. Create a page and make it the child of another page
3. Go to home page and click link for child page

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should go to the page. Instead the page cannot be found because the link
is:- /pages/child/ instead of /pages/parent/child/

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Hi Batiste,

I am no longer getting this problem, so I don't know what it is that has 
changed.

I did manage to reproduce the problem on the demo website at the time. However 
the 
demo site is currently coming up with an exception so I cannot double check 
this is 
the case.

My own app seems to be behaving though at the moment.
