Draft page are available to view

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create page
2. set status == DRAFT
3. save page
4. click "view this page"

What is the expected output?
http 404

What do you see instead?
my draft

What version of the product are you using?
r596

Please provide any additional information below.
1. I want to have possibility to hide same pages (not just from navigation)
2. Now there is no difference between DRAFT and HIDDEN

Fixed in revision 597. Thanks for reporting. I have made some re-factoring at 
the time.
