Revision Info garbled #182

When setting the default language to belgian dutch, the Revision info date is 
garbled:

diPMCETECET0OktE_oktober+0100ROktPMCET

When English is default, it gets set correctly.

I'm guessing that for each language it gets parsed in a specific way thats 
coded into the page-cms app.

If you tell me where, I'll change it so that dutch support is available. I 
already made an nl language file. But don't really see data related stuff in 
there.
