404 is not thrown for URLs with extraneous path information before Slug #97

if you go to the demo site and use the following URL for the default page:

<http://pagesdemo.piquadrat.ch/pages/aasdfsd/d/asdf/sd/asdf/asdfdfdfdfdfdfd/sdas
df/>

you will see the "sdasdf" page.  no 404 is throw.  this seems to me to be a
bug, but let me know if that is the expected behaviour.

i am using Trunk and the Trunk version of mptt
