Add batchadmin and mark template strings for translation

I forked photologue on github to make some changes.

Just applied the same changes I did to videologue to photologue.

Are you referring to django-batchadmin? The new Django 1.1 has this built in so

don't personally believe batchadmin would be a good addition to the project, 
unless
you are talking about additional batch options such as unpublish that could be 
built
on the django batch actions functionality. That *would* be nice.

I do agree that adding translations to the templates is a good idea, even 
though I
don't use il8n or the built in Photologue templates.
