Increase the size of the name field for photosize #129

The name field for PhotoSize is 20 characters long. 

I have come across numerous times where a larger name size would be
appropriate. I think that an increase to 30 or 40 characters (40 being
ideal) would be appropriate. I do not think there should be any issue with
increasing the size other than a database update.
