Watermark Quality #92

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a watermark using a transparent PNG at 100x100px
2. Use this watermark in a PhotoSize set to 100x100px and quality=Very High

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect to see a high quality version of the image with the watermark.
However I see a poorly rendered watermark over an acceptable image.

See attached - "heckler5_promo_10_perc...." is the photologue output
"photoshop_output.jpg" is the expected output (90% jpeg)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Watermark quality is bad and that's why I removed it in ImageKit. It needs to 
be 
rewritten.
