Typo in FreeTDS package name of install documentation #130

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. FreeTDS package name is listed as `tsodbc` in django-pyodbc install   
   documentation:
   https://code.google.com/p/django-pyodbc/wiki/FreeTDS#Installing_FreeTDS

2. `apt-get` line should read:
   $sudo apt-get install freetds-common freetds-bin tdsodbc
