Twitter Syncr repeat syncing #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I have a crontab syncing a twitter account ever 5 min
2. the latest post in twitter is being synced ever time spamming out the sql

version  django-syncr 0.41

Okay after more research it is clear that this was cause by
http://www.twitpocalypse.com/  there was just some lack of clarity about what 
would
happen to twitter syncr with twitpocalypse II
