InnoDB vs MySIAM #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install
2. Migrate and sync
3. Submit Form

Needed to update DB, errored with 'Cannot write child row'

Changed Table from InnoDB to MySIAM and it works. 

Ended up not using plugin after all.
