German chunker UIMA component #206

Check out if this UIMA component produced by Peter Kolb compatible with DKPro 
is something we can directly integrate:

the chunker out put looks highly useful, in particular the case and prepHead 
features of the resulting output type Chunk:

"case: the chunk's case (nominative, dative, genitive, accusative)
prepHead: the prepositional head of the chunk, if any."

However, the DKPro-Core type "Chunk" has currently no features to store this 
information, right?

Right. We'd have to add such features if we wanted to maintain this information 
in addition to the chunk type.
