Foreign package gr.aueb.cs.nlp.postagger included in DKPro Core #351

The module aubtools-gpl contains source code in the package 
"gr.aueb.cs.nlp.postagger". We should not include foreign packages in our code 
to avoid potential clashes with on the classpath.

I already went upstream, but no response yet.
Eventually, I might just clone the code on git.

I could also not yet figure out what version of Stanford NLP they are using.
Library comes with a stanford.jar (timestamp 2008) that I uploaded in our 
artifactory for now.

Looks like they extracted the classification code from Stanford and added a 
"CL" into the package names.
