StanfordCoreferenceResolver should copy dependencies from CAS instead of 
regenerating via GrammaticalStructureFactory.

Might be useful to keep option to regenerate instead of taking from CAS since 
the dcoref afaik requires a specific kind of dependencies (collapsed I think). 
Need to double-check though.
