Clean up dependencies before release #159

I believe that many dependencies in the POMs are actually test dependencies, 
but they are not scoped with "test". There are some instructions in the DKPro 
Core release guidelines on how to find out which dependencies are not necessary 
and which have the wrong scope [1].

It would be nice to have this checked before 0.6.0.
