AI turn crash on Norway faction

Title: CTD on AI turn on Norway faction

Mod Revision: All since 148 (possibly 147)

Description: Since the reworking of factions related txt files (to solve 
Lithuania instantly dying bug) and their committing to SVN game CTDs with 
unspecified error in campaign when you hit end-turn exactly at Norway 
faction's turn. When playing as Norway game CTDs during AI turn on Aragon 
faction's turn. Files modified must be reviewed and errors fixed to allow 
normal progress of the campaign.

To Reproduce: Start the mod and run the campaign as any faction. Hit the end-
turn button and game will CTD.

Fixed in revision 151. The problem was that SVN had an old version of
historic_events.txt that was missing descriptions for the new_patriarch event.

This error was related to new patriarch script and we thought it was solved 
however new 
changes to some text files (namely settlements names) caused this to reappear. 
Temporary fix has been applied (commenting the particular script) for the 
moment until 
the issue is properly resolved.
