Crash When Opening the End of Turn Report #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening the End of Turn Report (happens infrequently) 
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The report is expected, instead the game simply ends, no error messages or 
black screen, just a ctd. 

What version of the mod are you using? What version of M2TW are you using?
The most recent svn (updated 2200 hours GMT -8). M2TW version 1.5

Please provide any additional information below.
Possibly a fluke, but I have encountered it when playing as both Novgorod and 
Scotland.
