Unit-specific CTD on custom battle

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Choose custom battle from the menu
2. Choose any of these Hayer units: Haras al-Daylami, Gyanawspar
3. Attempt to start a custom battle

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect normal battle, yet I get a CTD

Which SVN revision are you using?
Current (as of 01.02.13)

What is the system.log.txt output?
17:15:59.358 [system.rpt] [error] Uh oh. This isn't good. No idea why, but 
exiting now. Sorry pal.
