CTD issue with Kievan Rus #43

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing as Kievan Rus
2. Game starts but when you scroll around the screen suddenly I get a CTD. Got 
it 3 times now

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
CTD

What version of the mod are you using? What version of M2TW are you using?
newest 03.02.13

Please provide any additional information below.

Maybe it is connected to the city of Smolensk, it happens right around getting 
to that area.
