Map scroll CTD

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Pick a faction, any faction, and start the game
2. scroll the map to just south of novgorod, doesn't matter whether FOW is 
toggle or not.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See the map just south of novgorod. Instant CTD

Which SVN revision are you using?

What is the system.log.txt output?
Unspecified generic error, "Sorry Bud"

Thanks for the report. I will double check that all textures are present in the 
mod.
