Title: Incorrect strings in text/battle.txt

Mod Revision: 151, 150, probably in earlier revisions as well.

Description: text/battle.txt is filled with text descriptions of the 
format battle.txt:{DESCRIPTION_TAG}. We had this error earlier with other 
strings.bin text files.

To Reproduce: Open up battle.txt and read through the file, or start a 
battle and look at the text in the tooltips.
