Buttons jump and move funny when selecting after previously selected buttons. #85

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. absolute view (align to grid was on, but tested with it off as well)
2. place two buttons (tried it with other items happens with everything)
3. now go to move the button you placed first and it will jump to where
ever the second button is placed and it will not move towards your mouse,
it will stay the same distance away. It will happen every time you try to
move the button your not already clicked on if you click and drag all right
at once. Also unlike when you drag a button really fast how it will lag
behind but catch up yo your mouse it stays the same distance away which is
however far your mouse was by the time it jumps to the other button then
starts moving with your mouse. If you click the button then move if with a
secondary click it doesnt happen, only when clicking and dragging.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should be able to grab the button and start moving it from its location
with your mouse clicker right on top of it like when you grabbed it.
Instead when you start to move away after clicking+holding and it jumps to
the location of the button you had previously selected but you are still
holding onto it and moving it. However now you are moving it while holding
it from far away instead of having it right under your mouse point.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows xp pro , r1b10

Please provide any additional information below.
I only noticed it because im impatient so i don't click on something then
move, i click and drag all at once but i noticed it would jump and then you
were dragging it from an awkward point so that your mouse is off the screen
but your button is where you want it to be placed. its not impossible to
deal within infact its just slightly annoying at worse but i did noticed it
within 10 minutes of using the program for the first time.
