Multiple Lazy Loading Node Icons Change #424

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have a tree that has multiple lazy loading nodes in the same level
2. Click multiple nodes before they can all load
3. Watch node icons

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: Only finished nodes should change to open icon
Seen: All nodes change to open icon, even on nodes that are still loading

What version of the dynatree and jQuery are you using? Dynatree 1.2.1 Jquery 
1.8.2
On what operating system and browser? Windows, IE10, FF20, Chrome 26
What DOCTYPE declaration are you using? HTML5
