how can i driven dynatree in ready? #475

*What new or enhanced feature are you proposing?
I just want onReady callback.
Stay behind "Loading..." and isLoading() returned true when onPostInit and 
onCreate callback.

example:
 |  Loading...          ← ward off when callback.
[-]- First Folder
 |   +- Data
 +-- Second Folder

*What goal would this enhancement help you achieve?
create callback event when tree has been loaded.(after hide loading node)

Dynatree is feature froze.
I recommend to have a look at Fancytree's loadChildren event
