error in onInstall #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Create a Google Forms quiz
2.  Try to install Flubaroo from gallery

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect "Installed successfully" message.  Instead see error.

Interesting, this error occurs on my domain account but not my Gmail.  Wonder 
if I've exceeded a service quota on my domain.

What error did you see. Are you seeing this consistently on your domain account?

It just gave the red "Error" bar in the script gallery.  This coincided with 
the should "get a new ref before getting an old one" error, which seems to have 
locked up ScriptProperties.
