Flubaroo should gracefully handle failures to send emails, and not die #18

If the call to MailApp.sendemail fails, Flubaroo currently throws and error and 
stops. Instead, it should gracefully catch the error, and continue sending 
emails to the rest of the students. Then it can report if any emails didn't gt 
sent.
