Flubaroo should allow for a list of "tips" (one per question). The instructor 
would optionally set these up, and they'd be stored with the other grading 
options.

These would optionally be emailed out with the grades, if the student got a 
question wrong.

Hi, how is the status of this request? Is it possible to add tips per item 
(question & answers) which are emailed in case a student got a question wrong?
