Automated salutations and closings in individualized feedback #38

Within the individualized feedback, automatically create salutations and 
closings so that the note to the student is more personalized. For example, the 
feedback could read as:

Hi [Student's first name], 

[Personalized feedback written by teacher]

Regards,
[Teacher's name]
