Use in-spreadsheet formulas to calculate percentages and total points #6

Rather than calculating total score during grading, instead just insert 
formulas into the spreadsheet for this. This will allow me to build the 
"manually graded" question feature. 

Note that highlighting rows or columns based on student/question performance 
may be an issue, and might require some kind of conditional formatting. I'm not 
sure if this can be done or not.

The summary at the top of the Grades sheet will have to be updated to use 
formulas too.
