Flubaroo 3.0 Cannot send email of test scores under many conditions.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Attempt to email test results using Flubaroo and Google Docs spreadsheet. In 
addition, the following hardware/ software were involved:
1. Access from a Mac running the latest OSX build using Safari or Chrome 
Browser.
2. Access from a iPad running the latest iOS6 build using Safari or Chrome 
Browser.
3. Access from a iPad running the latest iOS7 build using Safari or Chrome 
Browser.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When attempting to send email messages carrying graded test scores, the 
'Continue' button does not appear in the customary lower-right corner of the 
dialogue window. Therefore, email messages cannot be sent.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
This is latest version of Flubaroo v3.0. I attempted the task on a Mac laptop, 
iPad, and finally on a Windows PC running Win7 and using IE9. Success was only 
achieved on the Win device running IE9.

Please provide any additional information below.
