Sorting Grades results in emails being send to wrong students

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Grade the assignment
2. Sort the graded rows in the Grades sheet (by any value, so long as they 
change order)
3. Email grades

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Students should get emails with their own names and scores. Instead, students 
may get emails of other students if sorting has occured.

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
