This is a good idea, but it has to be done right as most users DON'T want
case-sensitivity (AFAIK).
Perhaps in the answer-key there could be an identifier such as %ci before the
answer? For example:
Q: What is the name of a 4 legged animal that rhymes form frog?
A: %ci dog
Acceptable answers would then be: DoG, dog, DOG, (etc...)
Would this work? Do you have another idea for the name of the % operator, other
than %ci?

If Case Insensitive is the default then I would use $CS to mean Case Sensitive.
Q Who was the first president?
A $CS George Washington

When having students practice grammar sentences, case sensitive grading is an
absolute must. I would really, really like to have the option to turn on case
sensitive/exact matching.
