Group open files by type [enhancement] #199

The editor textpad has a nice way of showing files: rather than (or in
addition to) tabs there is a list in a side-pane. I've always thought it
would be very useful to enhance this feature by grouping the files by type.
Often web developers have a number of CSS files open along with javascript,
HTML/template files and code pages. Grouping them such as:

*Cascading Style Sheets*
  foo.css
  bar.css
*JavaScript*
  foo.js
  bar.js
*XSL*
  spam.xsl
  eggs.xsl

Would be handy when looking for that file you're working with.

This could be useful. Not sure whether I will integrate into the core code or 
as a
plugin but this could be easily done.
