Unspecified build dependencies

What steps will reproduce the problem?
 1. Download the source
 2. Attempt to build
 3. Receive build errors

What is the expected output? 
 Successful build

What do you see instead?
 Build errors

What version of the product are you using? 
 elmah-loganalyzer latest (as of 20110622t1000edt)

On what operating system?
 Windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

 Visual Studio 2010 Pro

 Unable to load solution because only StyleCop 4.3.3 is installed
 Unable to _localbuild because MSBuild.Community.Tasks.dll is not installed

 Please document all dependencies, preferably linking to the required installers so that people who want to start with the source can build the project out of the gate. Consider maintaining minimal-dependency project or at least build files (ie. StyleCop / MSBuild.Community may not be *absolutely* necessary as much as helpful).

 The easier it is to make enhancements to your project, the more people will be willing to submit their changes.

Thanks for the feedback!
I've included setup files and instructions for the dependencies in the source. 
I'll consider loosing them all together bit I'm keeping them for now.
