Convert to Group Chat #214

==Description== 
When in a pair chat, the second person (not the original initiator) clicks the 
"Convert this chat into a 
group chat" link, the page displayed should tick and disable both occupants. It 
doesn't pick the 
initiator, and so the created group chat doesn't invite both people. 

==Analysis== 
Looking at the code ConvertToGroupPresenter - onPageOpen - getItem(x) is not 
returning the 
occupant correctly in order to set the roster correctly.
