TigasePacketTest is not under "test" #220

The com.calclab.emite.xtesting.services.TigasePacketTest class is not under 
the "test" source directory.

I'd post a patch, but there is no way (with Subversion < 1.7) to create a 
patch that includes a "svn mv" operation, sorry...

Nope :-) I removed in my local project the "test" source directory, et voilà! 
compile 
errors :-D
