Setting default nickname from display name #226

When adding a new user in the roster, the nickname is currently the node 
name itself.
The best thing to do, IMHO, is to put the display name as the nickname.

The patch that is attached creates a listener in HablarVCard module that 
loads automatically the VCard of the added user and updates the nickname 
with the display name.
