Roster: improve starting conversation usability #251

It is not obvious that clicking on a roster item a chat is started.
A tooltip in every item should tell how to open a conversation.

A new menu item, saying "start conversation" at the top should be added.

The "one click and chat" behaviour of roster items should be configurable 
(our customer hates it!)
