An unattended chat tab can be closed without the unattended flag being reset

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start two chat tabs
2. Select one tab and have a message sent to the other (to trigger the blue 
flashing tab thing and flashing window title)
3. Close the flashing tab

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The tab is closed but the unattended status is never reset (so the window title 
keeps changing forever)

I think we should be closing and destroying the chats when the tab is closed as 
well as unsetting the unattended flag.
