Signals module notifies at startup #347

Seems that signals modules notifies a change at startup (with a sound but also 
notifies to other listeners). It's this the expected behaviour?

Ok, I see that HablarSoundSignals clicks on every UserMessageEvent, and this is 
the expected behaviour. I close this issue then.
