Maybe make it a random name for a Server? "Instead of making it [Place] Premium
Hosting" or whatever, it could be called "irc.oftc.net #singularity Web Hosting"

Actually, that could fit well with the idea of a "Botnet" base type. Make a
special-case flavor (the "Premium Hosting" bit), "IRC Channel". Then give it
its own
custom prefix, so that you could get "Linux Help IRC Channel 42", "Script
Kiddie IRC
Channel 1947", and one without any number: "irc.oftc.net #singularity IRC
Channel".
I like it. It's exactly what I was looking for. It blends in completely,
because
it's part of an ordinary system, and yet it stands out slightly. Thanks for
the idea!

Actually, we can even put the number back in. The two possibilities then
become:
irc.oftc.net #singularity IRC Channel 6667
irc.oftc.net #singularity Secure IRC Channel 6697
Both of those are getting pretty long, though, especially the second one.
